Your images
By uploading a photo you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You keep all rights to your image and to the artwork we generate from it; we only use them to fulfil your order.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in USD and include free shipping within the US. An order is confirmed once payment is completed through Stripe. We may decline orders containing unlawful or infringing content.
Production and delivery
Puzzles are printed and cut by our US print partner, typically within 2 to 4 business days, then shipped tracked. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays can happen.
Refunds
If your puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it. Because each puzzle is made to order, we can't accept general returns outside this guarantee.
