Short version: your family photos are yours. Here's exactly what we do with them.
The photos you upload
Your photos are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket. They are used only to generate your art previews and to produce the puzzle you order. We never sell them, publish them or use them to train models. Email hello@togetherpieces.com to have them deleted at any time.
Art generation
To create the four art styles, your photo is sent to our AI art provider for the sole purpose of producing your previews. It is not retained by us beyond your session and order.
Order and payment data
We store your email, chosen style, size, quantity and order status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe, so we never see or store them. Shipping details are shared with our US print partner solely to deliver your puzzle.
Your choices
You can request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your photos and account records by emailing hello@togetherpieces.com.
